Another experiential hands-on session that will have you tapping into your inner child, Jamie is going to guide us into creating an amazing SOAR community art installation while she shares the magic community and support has to lift us up when things are challenging!!
Jamie is a mental health counselor, speaker, and author. She believes ultimately our wounds, once healed, can become our greatest gifts, propelling us forward to learn more about ourselves than we could have ever imagined. Through her therapy practice, by using a mix of modalities, and through her books, Jamie helps people improve their lives and move in the direction of their dreams.
